Complain Management System in PHP MySql

Complain Management System in PHP MySql is a web application which can be implemented in any organization to handle the complain of customers or client. It is very important for an organization to handle the requests and process the complains of their clients in a view to improve the quality of service. The login details are appended in zip file. The project has two pannels, User pannel and admin pannel. User can lodge a complain where as admin can process the complain.

Please follow the steps to run the project

1. Download the zip file and unzip in the local host in a folder.

2. Create a database mentioned in the connection files.

3. Import the sql files attached with .

4. Recheck the database and user name .

5. Execute the file .
